Our Policy

All rates are per room, per night & based on double occupancy. Applicable taxes are not included. The Grafton Inn has a maximum of permitted guests depending on the room category and size. There is a $30.00 fee for any additional guest (including children 5 years and over).

A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends during our busy season.

For reservations of 3 nights or longer during the months of June, July, August and September, a 50% deposit is required. Deposits may be required for other reservations at Management’s discretion. Deposits received for reservations which are later cancelled, in accordance with our cancellation policy, will be either credited in full to a future reservation or refunded (less a $10.00 administration fee), at the customers’ direction.

Children
Children under the age of 5 stay free. Children over 5 years may be subject to a $30.00 additional fee if double occupancy is exceeded.

Pets
The Grafton Inn does allow pets when pre-approved by management. We have certain accommodations which are designated for pets. Please contact our staff prior to your stay. 

Check-In 
Check-In is 3pm. We try our best to have rooms available as early as possible. If you should arrive and the room is not ready, The Grafton Inn is pleased to hold luggage at our reservation desk. Special arrangements can be made for late arrivals prior to visit.

Check-Out
Check-Out is 11am. Late check-out times can be provided at Management's discretion.

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate reasonable notice for all reservation cancellations. We require the same length of notice as the reservation length. For example: a two night reservation requires a two day notice and a week’s reservation requires a week’s notice. Notices must be received by 11am on the date required. Cancellations without notice in accordance with this policy, will be charged for one night’s stay or more depending on the length of the reservation. If we are able to re-book the room, no charge will be administered. Any refund will be assessed a $10.00 administrative fee. For reservations over a long-week or the December holiday season (Dec 15-Jan 2) we require a 7 day notice for cancellation.

Guest House

Our Guest House offers six individual bedrooms that are tastefully decorated with style and your comfort in mind. While the furnishings are gracious and the amenities modern, each room echos warmth and ambiance of times gone by. Snow white duvets top each bed and invite visitors to relax and to indulge in quiet luxury. A short walk across the foot bridge, over the creek, and you are in the Inn’s backyard. Free WIFI included to help you keep in touch while away.

Pumpkin Cottage

Our air conditioned Pumpkin Cottage offers three individual bedrooms. Perfect for a family gathering, a bride and her bridesmaids or couples spa/golf weekend away. The King bedroom with private bath en suite is located on the main floor with two Queen bedrooms sharing the upstairs bathroom. A tastefully decorated and comfortable common sitting area on the main level is available to enjoy at your leisure. WIFI is not available at the Pumpkin Cottage.

Aird Street Suites

And, last but not least, our Aird Street Suites. These suites have been designed and designated for either short or long term accommodations. Both the upstairs and downstairs suite offer a lovely sitting area as well as kitchen amenities. An inviting wrap-around porch/balcony enhances your stay. Aird Street Suites are located around the corner from the Inn but within easy walking distance. A/C and WIFI are not available at this location.
